Smooth Chip shop style curry sauce, created by an Award Winning Fish & Chip Shop and which is suitable for Coeliacs or those with a wheat intolerance.
Instructions: Mix 60 grams of curry sauce mix with 500ml of water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes whilst stirring continuously.
