May I thank you for the happiness you have given to my dear Mary, for the first time in so many years she has had fish & chips and has really enjoyed them, it has brought a little sunshine into her life.  As a Coeliac she is limited to what she can and cannot eat, so you have opened a new door with Fish & Chips, Onion rings, Banana Fritters, and she has had me very busy cooking for her, so once again thank you!

Just used your batter tonight for the first time

( to batter a bit of cod ) and it was lovely!!

I couldn't believe it and i enjoyed every minute of eating it

really tasty just like the real thing.

I hardly every reply to these sort of things but it was gorgous!
